Strategic IT leader with 24+ years in engineering and 14+ years leading complex delivery across Telecommunications, Oil & Gas and Government. I have governed USD 10M+ annual budgets, international vendors and distributed multicultural teams. My proposition: turn business goals into scalable and reliable IT solutions through rigorous program governance and an AI-augmented PMO operating model — accelerating portfolio visibility, traceability and decision-ready documentation, without sacrificing control, auditability or delivery cadence.
My distinctive trait is the ability to spot business opportunities where others see only operations. I have a track record of building products and artifacts from scratch — from the Automatic Smart-Card Recharger (Colombian Computer Science Award by ACIS in 2005, qualified by Colciencias as national technological innovation) to AI-augmented Power BI dashboards on Azure DevOps at Claro (2024), through master Excel plans that rescued client trust at MinTIC and Ecopetrol. That same entrepreneurial drive led me to co-found a retail POS (Parvasoft / INTUI-POS) and to open independent consultancies referred directly by my own students at large corporations (ThyssenKrupp Colombia, Global Knowledge), turning every interaction into a service or product opportunity. I am currently developing PMOForge, a SaaS platform of hierarchical AI agents to accelerate Agile PMOs under PMI/SAFe, with governance levels tailored to client maturity.
